I'm pretty sure that was a Russian soldier taking fire from the helicopter, which is why he was using AK-74. This movie scene was America vs. Russia in Paris.

But in the game, all factions of the russki army are using AK-74, it has just had some modifications but it is still the same look. That is no AK.
