@angrygrenade80 Different oppurtunities are available depending on karma. If you have good karma, the friendly super mutant will come to your aid towards the end of the game and he can be a follower. if bad, he'll come but wont be able to be a follower. Other then that, I don't know. :)

go to ur pip boy. go 2 stats then 2 general. then look on ur right and ull se a guy and underneath him itll say ur karma
