i have a couple questions....

1. how much is the total gym??

2. can u do the sit spin squat without the total gym???

@lyntoria22 pricing on total gyms depends on the model and whether you get them new. I've seen them really cheap online for less than $100--lots of people sell them without really ever using them. The one I have, with all the attachments, plates, etc, was less than $600 USD, which is really reasonable considering how much you can do with it. And yes, you can do that sit spin squat on any supine positioned leg press. I used to do them on a shuttle in physical therapy =)
