  • sit ups with heaviest weights are excellent for core strenght.

    Rope skipping is to easy. It can'T biuld a strong core. You need isometric press exercisese and heavyweight exercises like a one leg Deadlift and one leg kable knee drives. or hip thrusts

    it's a cardio and cardio kills speed!

    if you want to run faster do high intensity and low volume plyometrics.

    Plyometrics = simple the best

  • informative about how your muscles work, but jump rope isn't going to make u fast by itself.
