In the Sacred Stones, you gain access to the Lagdou Ruins after clearing chapter 19: Last Hope. It is full of premoted monsters and is a great place to train your already-premoted units.

It's not a certain amount of damage. It's just made to drain all of the health from the enemy. It's damage changes depending on the enemy's health.

I actually prefer Colm as a rogue. It's just in this PT that I had him become an assassin. And your right, Marisa is an excellent assassin. (although she looks weird as one)

@myrmidon3 I always get as many swordmasters as I can. As an Assassin, Colm is amazing because of the Silencer, but his Atk and Def stats can't go higher than 20. As a Swordmaster, Joshua and Marissa can both go higher, and the 15% bonus isn't bad either. And Rennac is already a rogue: Why would you need two?

@goaldhost Oh, Absolutely. While I love swordmasters and Berserkers, I'm typically a magic-user user. I get Natasha, Moulder, and Artur to Bishops for the after-story party in Lagdau with Slayer, Knoll is a fantastic summoner, Lute and Saleh are great Sages, and If I have the patience I can make L'Arachel a decent Mage Knight. Plus I can glitch the "Two Faces of Evil" level to steal ShadowShot's and the Unbreakable Crimson Eyes

@thedark4by55 What I was aiming at was that due to Rogues having little to no significant combat ability (All I ever use them for is the Pick ability), I don't want to waste my opportunity to make Colm an Assassin. In the Creature Campaign, you can max our all of your characters stats, and at that point Colm is no better a Rogue than Rennac, so I make him an assassin for the Silencer. Swordmasters, on the other hand, have amazing combat potential, and the 15% crit bonus. and so I love using them

@sbrachow1 Have Rennac start on the very top left corner. Have him steal the goddess icon from the archer, then use a Warp staff to send him as far south as possible. then, he's down by the room with a door and 3 chests in like 3 turns. Get Tethys over there and the room is looted in 2 turns (Running total near 6) Have Cormag or Tana fly him to the other chests, with appropriate cover for the reinforcements, and get the next three in sequence. Takes under 5-6 turns using Tethys. 1 rogue, no prob

@sbrachow1 that way works too. I just like Colm as an Assassin, so I need to make due with only one rogue. Now, I've fallen into the unforunate habit of rushing through the game to get to the Creature Campaign and using almost exclusively magic users (Those Crimson Eyes never need replacing :P) but I loved using Assassins in my first couple playthroughs, so I almost keep Colm an assassin because i've never made him a rogue before
