Sister I am afraid I disagree with you I had a sister (Sisters if Saint Joseph of Lyon) teach me when I was in elementary and had I not gone to that schoolI would have not known that she was a nun. Im 16 and the only sisters in my town that people can recognize are the sisters of the blessed sacrament and thats because they still wear the veil.
You have missed the point, Saint Angela never asked her Company to wear a habit. The women wore the dress of the day, were to be situated in the world, in order to enable others to deepen their faith in Christ. Today, Ursulines are still inviting others to deepen their love relationship with God. They invite you to find your home in the heart of God.

May God Bless you Sisters, however I do think you should wear veils, I think this is an outward sign of grace, and as a BRIDE OF CHRIST YOU WOULD CONSIDER IT A GREAT HONOR, EVEN THE POPE REQUESTED THE NUNS TO WEAR THEIR VEILS.
Many Sisters I have spoken to are now wearing veils. I am not a youngster, and our Sisters had heat over 80 years ago according to someone who is 87 yrs. old, and it is not me.
