"Ascension" is short for "The Ishayas Ascension", the name given to the form of meditation that we teach. In our case we simply use it in reference to rising above and beyond the limitations of a busy mind. Said another way, we are developing the ability to take our focus from the 120,000 or so thoughts that we have each day (the self limiting, restrictive thought patterns) and resting in Inner Peace - the place where full potential exists.
