Somehow I'm amazed that they sort of tried physical fitness in '69 and it looked more fun and interesting than the PC stuff they probably do on SS these days. (that and its Kermit in front of a screen with bears :p)

Yes, that line is what sticks out in my memory the most. When I saw the title for this clip, I thought 'Does this clip involve Kermit saying that?' Sure enough, it does! Still able to remember SOME things after nearly 30 years!
