When I heard that MGM were going to film "Species 4 " in Mexico I send several designs and suggestions to director Nick Lyon. I'm a big fan of "Species" films and HR Giger, and I was really excited about the opportunity to work in the film. I had worked free!! Unfortunately, the director never contacted me, even when I sent him lot of emails to his website. The saddest thing is that I live just behind the museum where they filmed the movie but I did not have that information until much later!!!

In the previous movies, the aliens had totally unhuman aspects. Here, they could smile. L0L. I like Giger's art and Species III creatures, only.

ITs so cool to see: Concept arts, to movies. Then you see a movie you knew that you get. Then you see consept art to the same movie you get an idea of that you could have get and that the movie could have been. I bought: Blade 2, solely for the consept art gallery of the reapers. I would like to see more consept art of the Species-movies.

will you have or have a longer segment on this? i was disappointed the dvd had no extras. For the movie being a lower budget film the f/x looked very good. thought the aliens in the end and the fight scene was very well done. would very interested to see more on them and the fight scene. again very good work.

Thanks for the kind words... we actually put the video together for the dvd but MGM didn't include it, perhaps because the movie title changed after we finished the video? As for more behind the scenes film, what you see in this video covers most of what we shot.
