I surely hope the video isn't exclusively for women only. It seems men die of heart disease at a much rapid rate than women. I know from experience. My father passed due to congestive heart failure at the young age of 60. I'm 41 and wish to bypass the big six O myself. Staying active IS so very important. Small things make big differences.
