Nose Surgery Hump Removal - Closed Rhinoplasty

I've wanted to get my nose hump removed ever since I was in middle school, I'm 21 now and I still want to get it done but I heard that certain nose surgeries can lead to drooping and staph infections. How can I find the right surgeon here in New York without risking my life?
