Always a great message, thanks for your great work. I was touched by your words and prayer at the Valdosta June 11 concert. I was in the front row, although I am sure you didn't see all my tears. Please, influence us teenagers to live for God and study his word! Life is not about fun! It is about serving God by telling others about hell and helping them grow spiritually by making sure they know the word of God. Granted no one will ever fully understand the Bible. But how can you have a relationship with God if you don't want to understand him? The only way to be close to God is by reading his word. But you incourage teens to listen to music and have fun... thats what the world says!

@iserveaGodofmercy The world is deceived. I pray that you hear this and are part of the body of Christ. God sent Jesus to die to send the holy ghost. Everyone today is divided. everyone thinks they have the truth and they all read the same book. King james was born 6m 1566, 6th of scotland, he authorized 66 books and called them the word of God. Jesus is the word of God. THE BIBLE IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST. we need to be led of the spirit, not take a 2000 year old book and make it law.

I am a teen and I really must say, the two most important things there are to being a youth pastor you did not mention. 1 salvation! If kids are bringing their friends, how do you know their friends are saved? You have an opurtunity to tell them about Christ and you pass it up to be the "cool guy"! 2 You said nothing about doctrine. We need to know the Bible. The Bible says "Study to shew thyself approved unto God". It also says, "How shall they hear without a preacher?"

I'm a youth leader. My goal for now is to actually unite the few youth that we have at our church. Between my classes (I'm a grad student), research, and the church's activities, there isn't many days I can actually schedule an outside-of-church youth activity. What would you recommend?
