This scene is my favorite in the whole movie. The emotion is so raw, and it tears at your heart strings so much... You can feel the love she feels for him, and I don't know about you guys but when the boat passes under the bridge, it makes me wanna yell "TELL HIM YOU LOVE HIM!" But then she doesn't, and the sun shines through and metaphorically it's saying she let the moment slip away... We all have been in that boat before, and it's heart breaking. Overall, this is just such a beautiful scene!

what she does is very wrong and kimmy has every right to bitch slap her. BUT i do understand how julian feels like many women she has focused on her career and even though she loved michael she ignored those feelings and when she is about to lose him, all those feelings come rushing out. she has known him for so long that she kind of ignored those feelings. its what i love about this movie is that there isnt a true villain, even julian has some likable traits.

I'm glad she didn't end up with him at the end, she was so mean to Michael and Kimmy, if you love someone you can't hurt them the way Julian did, it was very coward doing all those things behind their backs. She should have told him right away she was in love with him and hope he'd change his mind. Of course I can't complain it was very funny seeing all the mean things she did, but in real life, oh man, i don't know if i could forgive something like that.
