A plate is welded in the inside of the manifold to split the air flow between the hot side coming out of the comporessor and then the cool side coming out the intercooler.

Please educate me further on how this is a true intercooled KB. I see where you take air from the boost side of the KB then simply re-introduce it to the same place, just on the other side. Is there internal work to the KB manifold that was not shown where it forces ALL boosted air through the intercooler?

It looks great, I'm just curious as to how it was done as I'm planning on going KB on my fox ASAP.

I did my gears myself this winter, and installed a used set of 327 came out very nice, and traction is much better now as well with my 10.5 inch 03 Cobra wheels with 315-35-17.

HI Mike, been along time since I've heard from you and your 95 inspired me, If you havn't looked on my corral thread its still going and. I cracked the stock block last year and have been waiting for my Fordstrokers forged Dart 363 to come in and yes the A2A KB is going back on, I also shaved, wire tucked and painted a custom engine bay. Its gonna have lots of bling.

@brennanpaintballin ? Are you sure you were looking at twin-screw superchargers and not the regular GMC-styled Roots or the centrifugal superchargers?

Dropping the inlet temps to 15 degress above ambient is well worth it. Night and day difference in the amount of boost you can run with a twin screw blower on a pushrod setup.

love the wipple sound..good torque numbers but the HP numbers seem a lil low. I made 540 rwhp and 523 rwtq with a vortech on a stock bottom end 302 on 15 psi NON INTERCOOLED

that's a slick setup, i imagine if you were willing to make them, people would buy. when i get a 5.0 again i plan to do a blower but i worry about the non-intercooled setups. this takes care of that handily. very nice work and sweet car.

It came from outer space...LOL just kidding really its a Kenne Bell 2.1 liter Flowzilla bought from Kenne Bell. The Intercooler and intake work to the supercharger was done by me, that what the videao is about my project.
