they filmed in 2002. it didn't release till 2005 because Dream Street broke up. so they had to get all the rights and stuff to release the movie. cause they can't release a movie with their band's songs after they've broken up you know what i mean? That's why on the cover, the picture of Chris & Kaila are more recent then when they played in the movie. I always wondered that, and now I know why. =]
