  • SAVE ORANGUTANS STOP DEFORESTATION!!!!!!

  • it's shit like this that makes me want to commit suicide

  • @tripleh04 That or the fact that you are a "Triple H-fan" xD

  • IT IS NOT JUST HERE!: The naturalist economist from Zurich, Switzerland, August Pfluger, the expedition's organizer, announced: "We have to accept the fact that the Baiji is functionally extinct. It is a tragedy, a loss not only for China, but for the entire world." The only other marine mammal to become extinct in the last century was the Caribbean Monk Seal, believed to have been killed off by hunting and overfishing in the 1950's. "We will never learn" Painful and wrong we are...so wrong.

  • Eschatology aside, the 'Four Horsemen"; Overpopulation, War, Famine, and Death, are galloping towards their inevitable finale'. Malthus must be smugly grinning from his grave?

However, the quintessential problem was long ago described by Agnes Repplier; "it is NOT DEPRAVITY which afflicts the human species so much as a GENERAL LACK OF INTELLIGENCE".

  • @LVSinger Been this way along time...under natural conditions our herd would have been thinned out along time ago...yup, we are stupid cause we want to control that to. Jesse Ventura "Conspiracy Therapy" does a 9 part show (youtube) about how the elite in this world have been buying up old missile silos to live through the 2012 Mayan calender predictions. These decision makers just won't quit or give up on themselves...they will all be good for their souls, may someone have pity on them...

  • We got smart and without a predator, disease, or disater to control our (humans) population we overpopulated. Technology, greed, stupidity a bad combination.

  • @mattamal1 You mind if I kick it up by adding: Not only a "bad combination" but ridiculous, foolish, horrible, thoughtless, evil, inconsiderate, self destructive, mass destructive, unforgiving...combination to name a few without going over the top? Thanks

  • fuck this people.i just did my essay about why do i think the earth will be in 100 years from now and ow that i see this o my god im right there will be no future for the next generation.

  • @zjmonkz In all actuality, there should be NO next generation as making way for it is nearly impossible 6.7 billion on Earth now and the educated ratio between nature and humanity is 500 million people to be in balance. Think we tipped the scale?

  • How very sad!

  • we build ourselves, we conserve ourselves, and we kill ourselves

all in a small period of years

  • @Mrmetalpeace I agree

  • @Mrmetalpeace I second "rAzedStyLez" comment.

  • Human just like an evil....they are the most destruction....is it sad to see how the world going to end by human.

  • @lephucminh84 It won't be a pretty sight...shall the human reap what he sow, he will look for death and find none and wish for it to be brought upon him. Our clock has been a egg timer that has just about run out...

  • As an American I feel I have ZERO right to tell other countries how to manage their resources. They deforest thousands of acres and people only scream about the orangutan? Orangutans in the wild are already extinct, basically. Why spend so much time and resources bailing out the Titanic with buckets?

Allow pet ownership and great apes in Hollywood and they'll really be valued for the amazing animals they are instead of as bushmeat.

  • @wilburtrex It is irrelevant what nationality you are, there is a moral obligation not to lose the rainforests for the people who still actually live off the forests in sustainable ways such the Penan. This is a case of big business ignoring indigenous peoples rights time and again. The wealth of medical advances and scientific information hidden in the forests outweigh the gains from logging/palm oil by 20 times.Orangutans are a flagship species.

  • @checkyoursources Tushy...well put and accurate. Life has yet to be unfolded.

  • @checkyoursources Couldn't agree more. People just can't wrap their heads around the idea that so many wealth advances and scientific info can be found in all the rain forests that are being destroyed.

  • @wilburtrex Of course an american would think that way -.- even though I'm a American(wished i wasn't)

  • @xTwistedxSisterx Ouch...I have to side with you. We American's consume without regard. 20% is all that is recycled (as an example) we are in our last leap of time if we do not stop thinking there is no end in sight. Every single thing we do matters. Walk when we can, recycle all we can, waste not and want not, and respect this planet and all that lives upon it...every micro inch of it! Not speaking at you, with you. PS..being an American means we can make change, just do it! Thanks

  • @hardhitter0421 But you know how lazy we humans are, all we're good for is to mate, eat, and destroy everything and every animal in our way just for the heck of it.

  • @xTwistedxSisterx Yes, a very dumbed down, lazy, I, Me period we live in. Keep in mind, that there is the discovery of a Terrestrial life form on Earth, newly (apparently) and silicon based (not Carbon) like ourselves. Seems our replacement is here and will thrive in conditions that we will die from. Funny huh, as soon as we are gone, others will evolve freely. We will perish from our ways, maybe it is planned and we are not so lazy, we are burying ourselves? Nature will prevail...

  • @hardhitter0421 Not if we destroy Nature before we all perish, and think of all the life we killed, we can never bring them back. They died for nothing.

  • @xTwistedxSisterx I feed animals every day and nothing goes to waste in our home. I went to a Banquet last night and explained I will be happy to take any food left over, as I would lay it out in a few spots for wildlife to chow down, they always do. I have been in the Newspaper for my efforts in feeding wild birds with bakery breads that would otherwise be thrown out, hundreds of incredible birds that surround me at my feet and in the air. YOU do what you can do! You will be thanked.

  • @wilburtrex Incredibly well put.

  • Everyone we can prevent this their is a sight called worl wide fund for nature where we can donate money become a member save animals AND PREVENT THIS

  • Funny the opening, unavoidable commercial to this video was about "volumizing" your hair. God we need to remember what's important. God help us.

  • @Melissa124444 God has plans for us...it is called HELL!

  • another day and we do nothing for this :(

  • @cuoreangelino I do...I work hard at being as correct as possible. Have for 30 years, saw this coming 3 decades ago. Lost a job over fighting to not throw plastic out before recycling was the in thing. Never, ever give up....be a player not the fan and give these business men nothing to profit from. Money is the root of this evil. Karma is on shift at all times 24/7/365...DON"T MESS WITH MOTHER NATURE. ( as a rule) ..she doesn't like ugly. It will work out in the end :) trust me.

  • "mankind is already circling the drain" -Carlin-

"The earth has a skin and that skin has many diseases the major one being Man". -Zarathustra-

I'll be happy to die in a few more years, the stupidity is no longer bearable.

  • @LVSinger Hang on just a bit and watch the show...it will be spectacular finish, I assure you, unlike anything you could ever imagine. It may not be nice, but it will be real...humans got an ass kicking coming and what a can of whop-ass it will be. If your thinking about leaving, you might as well stick around and watch the stupidity get an education...it is right around the corner, just a thought...thanks.

  • So what are the people of Borneo supposed to do?? Sit in the rain forest and play with their monkeys while Americans are telling them how they should live? A message to Americans. Stop wasting gasoline and polluting the atmosphere., take care of your own environment, and Borneo will be fine!

  • exactly!, and btw... its an illusion we can save the rainforests, since they are in third world countrys led by banana governments who do everything for money, they can and will easily falsify documents about the origins of wood, palmoil en who knows what more.

  • It's a criminal act of destruction. Palm Oil for cheap beauty products and unnecessary additives for foodstuffs.

  • @minutegongcoughs The punishment for this crime...all our lives, soon enough. Shame on us..as we all share in the blood of this act. What is running through the minds of our kind? What better way for nature to get even with us then to let us kill ourselves in the process...the lungs of the Earth....gone.

  • Kiss our asses goodbye!

  • Its called "illegal deforestation" because we now know from mistake made in other countries! Be it now or well into the past! We cannot undo the past so we have to move forward with better decisions. If that isn't being done in a positive matter and it is altering the WORLD, then it becomes EVERYONE'S BUSINESS! Color doesn't have anything to do with stupid choices!

  • that is completely ridiculous..and this occurs and a massive scale...pathetic

  • There were neither video cameras, nor activists on duty when the presenter's country was deforested and unknown numbers of wildlife pushed to the brink. Change will come when the developing country reaches its own too obvious conclusions in regard to conservation. Please stop playing Great White Father to the developing world.
