  • the best hairs and best style ever..

  • Three people whom I want to give thanks to letting the man who changed all music make his TV debut: Jimmy Dorsey, Tommy Dorsey, and the man who produced the show and whose show "The Honeymooners" followed the Dorsey Brothers, Jackie Gleason. Jackie may have said that Elvis would be a "flash in the pan", but we wouldn't have Elvis the Great One without Jackie the Great One.

  • Fantastic!! Elvis, a true muse!

  • A lot of covers Elvis did were way better and intense than the originals - he was known to eliminate the originals sort of. You see why here. Money Honey is in every way possible HIS song... and stays to be.

  • Because he's the only one that can be the motherfucking boss doing covers. The Fucking King, bitches.

  • there is only one king ♥ i love youu

  • magnifico elvis

  • Why he is considered the king if he is just a cover versions singer? It´s unfair to the other rockers that are best than Elvis.

  • @willpn100 , this comment shows you know nothing about the man. GO away.

  • @EricVonZipper2 I know many things about Elvis:

    1) he´s the king of cover version.

    2) he had no intellectual property, so that made him a leech.

    3) he did not invent anything.

    4) The army, RCA and Col. Tom Parker made his career safe of everything.

    5) He used to tint his hair.

  • Respond to this video...And the Beatles didn't do Money, and a couple other songs I checked, so they are leeches too? Get Lost

  • @EricVonZipper2 The Beatles did "Money". But "Money" didn´t launch Beatles career. They wrote lyrics and music, that´s why they´re not leechs!

  • @EricVonZipper2 jajaja, i don't uderstand, if he dislike ELVIS, why is he listening to him,,,,i think becaUSE HE IS NOT VERY SURE OF HIS TASTE ,,

  • @willpn100: It's simple - nobody else had such charisma and such a versatile voice. Just because somebody writes a song doesn't mean they are better. Many of the songwriters that worked for Elvis could not have sung the way he did. That's why he's the King. I listened to outtakes from the Jailhouse Rock sessions yesterday, and it's incredible how they nailed this classic in just 5 takes. The band was great and so was Elvis, right from take 1.

  • @elvisinmunich Have you ever listened to Bing Crosby´s version of "Unchained Melody" on youtube?. About the outtakes you must know that is the producer who chooses his preferred take. It´s the producer of the recording session responsible for that. Carl Perkins nailed "Blue Suede Shoes" in just one take!.

  • @willpn100: I have listened to Bing Crosby's version, and it is certainly beautiful. However, he doesn't seem to feel the longing, the pain, the loneliness as much as Elvis does. As for the outtakes - Elvis was the de facto producer on almost all his sessions from July 1956 onwards. Jailhouse Rock is much harder to sing than Blue Suede Shoes. As I said, Elvis' singing was perfect already on take 1, but it took the band 5 more takes to have a master in the can.

  • @elvisinmunich That´s your opinion, not mine. Facts are more important than individual opinions. Elvis just copied Bing Crosby. Everybody loved Bing Crosby, he is more original than his successor. Little Richard´s hit "Keep-a-Knocking" is the hardest of them all. Elvis once said: LRichard is my inspiration!

  • @willpn100: Elvis sounded like... Elvis! Many people tried to copy HIM. So, he was an original too. That "Keep-a-Knocking" is the hardest of them all is just your opinion. What I don't understand is this: If you like so many other musicians more than Elvis, then why do you click on his videos? I appreciate many of the other musicians you mentioned, but to me, they just don't have what Elvis had.

  • @elvisinmunich Little Richard is the wildest man in rock and roll and all the world knows that, so that is not only my opinion. Elvis once said: LRichard is my inspiration. If Elvis loved LRichard you must do too. I do appreciate other musicians more than Elvis. I live in a free world where I can give my opinion and youtube gives me that right. If you don´t agree with my opinions, don´t answer my opinions!.

  • @willpn100 you appreciate musicians other than elvis, that's great but why say that on an elvis video ? that's just dumb .would've been more fitting on another musician's video like , haley's comets ....

  • @hellion2k I just wanna remember rock and roll music facts. What´s the problem? I live in a free world where I can give opinions!and youtube gives me this chance..

  • @willpn100: BTW, since you brought up Bing Crosby: He never wrote a song either.

  • @elvisinmunich Bing Crosby is the root of romantic songs. The dna of american romantic singers is the following: Bing Crosby (the first american "pop"star); Frank Sinatra and Elvis. Elvis copied Bing Crosby, in other words, Elvis is the successor of Bing Crosby. The Album "White Christmas" by Bing Crosby is the best selling of all times.

  • @willpn100: You mean Pat Boone copied Bing Crosby. Elvis sounded nothing like Bing - just listen. "White Christmas" was a single, not an album. Elvis has the best-selling Christmas album. Bing Crosby's single was overtaken by Elton John's "Candle In The Wind".

  • @elvisinmunich Yeah!. Pat Boone, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley are plagiarism of Bing Crosby. They all sounded like Bing. "White Christmas" is an album that had not its realeasing announced. "Candle in the Wind" was previously announced by all media, in a special situation, in other words, a tribute to Lady Diana.

  • @willpn100: Of course, Carl Perkins nailed Blue Suede Shoes in one take - he wrote it. In other words, he didn't have to learn it. Elvis' version is better, more energetic. Even Carl Perkins himself said so.

  • @elvisinmunich Whatever Carl said, his version will always be best. Elvis' may be more energetic and Elvis simply has a better voice, but Elvis's version is not the Rockabilly it ought to be (granted, Elivis did great Rockabilly).

  • Elvis is the king of Cover Versions! I dislike it.

  • Elvis à 21 ans était déjà une superstar

  • repeatdly hit 4 hahah
