Perhaps, but not if you read the artist's comments. olivkam135 put it right there that the original music isn't the one playing with the vid and asks viewers to listen to Next Contestant while watching. Not preaching or anything, just pointing out that the creator did specify that it wasn't Next Contestant playing.
