there's a certain way you have to play with instant gravity, 16ms/60Hz DAS, and no hold. for example if you tap left the piece is going to the left wall unless there's something in the way to stop it. using these settings gives you good potential for speed because the delays are minimized, but you have to adjust your stacking strategy.
