Nice enough review (in terms of the fact you took 6 minutes to say "it's large and I can't work it"), but this page really kicks ass in the "gayest battle between 2 YouTube nonentities arguing" league. Respect.
What I want is the white-and-gold-face Citizen non-SkyHawk design, but in a SkyHawk ... but for the moment they only seem to do the SkyHawks in black-face, macho designs, and Citizen's black coatings don't seem very durable. Shame :(
BTW, I own this watch. Great watch. Citizen will change the crystal to sapphire crystal for about 75 dollars. Their located in Southern Cali but you still have to mail your watch even if you live in the area. Great watch if your thinking of purchasing it.
Can you tell me if you are able to set two alarms at once please? I use my watch for medication, so it's a useful function. According to Amazon & a couple of other sites, it has dual alarms, though having downloaded the instruction manual, I only see one mentioned. Many thanks for any help you can give. Cheers!
@CleverDjembe I'm sorry but Citizen (and most other companies) is selling these types of watches to businessmen more than they are to divers.haha. Some of these "diving" watches are rose gold. What kind of diver wears a rose gold watch??? Your right, a douche bag diver.lol. Not dissing you, but the colors and features of these watches are definitely more appealing to businessmen than divers. Just my observation.

I just got this watch. I love it so far and i have got a lot of complements. but the only problem is that its really big. I have skinny wrists and small hands so it really sticks out on me. just a fyi this watch is huge.
i got about $1000that i wanna buy a watch but i cant decide what brand to get or what design, my knowledge on watches is potatoes i only know of tissot watches , i own 5 of them, any suggestions on which watch to buy?
The black version is the DLC (diamond like coating) that is very hard and scratch resistant. I also think the black only comes on the special edition titanium, they only made 1500 of them and they are very difficult to find. They have a saphire crystal instead of the mineral one, a 5 yr warranty instead of the 1 yr, and the hour markers are polished silver. Retail on it is $1500 US dollars, but most jewelers will give 25% discount on citizen. I have one on layaway now. I can't wait to pick it up
ok, the bezel can do a ton of stuff, it can do multiplacation tables, divide, distance, conversions, speed, a ton of stuff that is really only neccesary if you are stranded on an island in a country that uses the metric system or in a plane
@CleverDjembe lol, well, I think you can like the style. Like my roommate only collects Omega POs. he's had maybe 20 of them. And we live in Oklahoma. Lol. But he just loves how they look. But...me personally, yeah, I feel like a wannabe when I wear something "hardcore" and have nothing to do with it. I actually am an amateur racecar driver though, so I wouldn't feel too poserific about the Promaster SST.

I love the Omega Seamaster, its my favorite. Who cares if its a "diving" watch. The thing is awesome and will last a couple of lifetimes. I hate these effing elitist youtubers.
@Asherr6 I agree...but some dive watches like the Rolex Sea-dweller are just so gawdy and shouty...the Omega PO looks great though. It's almost not a diver in that sense.
Thanks for doing this review, it helped me decide between the Skyhawk AT (Blue Angel) and this one. I chose the Promaster because I find the Skyhawk's extra dials to be completely useless.
The battery indicator is nice but then why put a big UTC dial in there?
Just picked one of these up and its excellent...the race function for lap times and average MPH is perfect. Also the large buttons are no problem while wearing race gloves.
i'm not sure which one to buy, i'm undecided between this watch and the eco drive A-T skyhawk watch. i use the stop watch and split and lap time for running. which watch is better overall? need help asap!
I am also a runner. But overall I think the skyhawk will be more helpful. Also, it seems like the skyhawk could be worn for different occasions whether casual or formal. I am getting one soon. :) good luck!

but it's super neat. that's the reason most people buy complex watches (me anyway). I can't do pilot watches without feeling like a poser though.
