Hi there, Yes the river is tidal influenced.... yes its a lovely area generally to live. Where about do you come from??

@mrix2000 Not to far away in Warminster in Wiltshire, I visited Christchurch a number of years back with the parents. It was a really nice day out, and the Water Mill is interesting too.
What a beautiful place to live, maybe one day... it feels so good to see those calm and quiet places..
