that was a sick fight aldo obviously won but it was one of his least dominant fighst hominick gave him a good one, props to both for the beauty fight too much respect for these two dudes
The Brazilian fighters are the best: And is Jose Aldo Team Flamengo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the best in the world. The spider and curintias and eat R9 (gay).
@swhite6 I think Faber/Brown 2 was a little better. Maybe even the first Faber/Pulver fight. Too bad Faber broke his hands early in the rematch against Mike Thomas Brown.
I don't understand why people don't respect Jose Aldo, I know people were cheering because Hominick is Canadian, i'm Canadian too, i was at UFC 129, but Jose Aldo is an incredible fighter, he deserve's more respect. Jose Aldo is one of my favorite fighters!
@brodie9909 People didn't cheer loud for him because they wanted to show Hominick that they are behind him.If Aldo won, then give him a loud cheer of respect but you can't disrespect the home turf guy by cheering the guy he's about to fight.
Mark Hominick had the best entrance of the night! I had floor seats. Video doesn't do it justice. The volume and energy of 55,000 people in Rogers Center was almost overwhelming. Personally, I don't think even GSP got as much of a reception. It was an awesome fight though. Hominick toughed it out till the end
Aldo could of send Hominick to see the doctors in a coma, but he choose not to, if that was Koscheck he would make Hominick pay for it, the leg kicks sounded loud and violent, the times when Aldo drop him down with the punches i heard that, but Hominick deserves nothing but respect, Gsp in the other hand.
@Blabla3777 yeah your right, aldo with all his "killer instinct " chose not to finish hominick...he also chose to get taken down in the 5th and get beat up by mark, this was his gameplan for the fight...wow you are a dumbass...also, gsp shouldnt get any respect either, you know fighting 3 rounds with one eye and a broken nose showed no heart at all...also, beating a guy who hasnt lost in 6 yrs, on the p4p list, and beat alot of good fighters all while having one eye...deserves no respect at all
AAAAAAAAAh come on ! He was fighting in home, with 55k people praying to him win, and his son could come to the world anytime... He had all the reasons to explode Aldo, and still lose...
Give me a break... let's see if he could do it in Aldo's home.
Thanks for sharing, simply EPIC!!! I love watching this video. Usually winning is the only thing in MMA but that night Hominick put his name on the map. Like i knew he would. I live in So.Cal and people were hating. At the end of the night they all had love for him.
Damn I hope he gets another shot. By the way, Aldo's counter entrance was pretty awesome too.
Hominick's entrance for 129 is the best UFC entrance I've ever seen. Couldn't have chose a better song for him that night. I want Aldo vs Hominick 2 damn it!!!
@shaolinsoccer gsp vs kos#1 is by far the best entrance sorry and hominck isnt even from toronto so it really makes no sence, but i really love hominck
@ericunder29 Yeah man, these are the types of fights where a rematch would be so awesome! I can almost gurantee it'll happen, but unfortunately probably not in the near future, maybe a year and a half from now.
Means Ludacris borrowed it for his song. Nothing is original anymore. Movie remakes, making movies of old shows, cartoons, comic books, Musial artists using old music or covering a song.
@brantfordredsox People have been covering songs for decades. And the redundancy of popular culture is easily explained by the fact that people love the material. If people didn't love spider man, batman all that crap, it wouldn't be around for 50 years. Also, humans are intelligent creatures, there is a vast array of ideas that have evolved through generations and because of such powerful thinkers of our past, it is sometimes hard to come up with new ones. Archetypes baby, archetypes.
Thanks for uploadin this, bro. Hominick's entrance was sick but hard to hear at the bar. I heard it when Dana White put out his 4th video blog for 129. I didn't think about who's entrance song it was until after the video because I focused more on how awesome it was. Thanks again.
@dohertyz The crowd wasn't really quiet. Your just use to hearing cheers in the small arenas. UFC 129 was in a stadium so all the noise just goes up to the roof.
@TheHippityhopmusic1 on the broadcast, y'all were quiet during GSPs entrance, all the post fight interviews, randy couture announcing his retirement, horrible
@dohertyz they were talking about this in the setup, the furthest you are from the octagon in an arena is maybe 250 ft... and you have a 80ft roof. here, the big crowd like the 500 level was 400 ft away, and the ceiling is 320ft high...
think... the floor seating is what all of mandalay bay is.
belive me... it was fucking loud in there, and during waterboy's slams and Mark's 5th round, everyone was cheering for minutes on end.
@dohertyz i was there the crowd was frigin going nuts my drink litterly traveled across my table from the vibration from the crowd . you couldn't here the Bruce buffer announcing the fights since the crowd was so loud, also the ufc uses stuff to lessen the crowd noise at all there events so it makes for a better broadcast for the paperview

@dohertyz I wasn't there but I have been to stadiums before and you can notice the difference on TV. Stadiums are so big that the noise just evaporates by the time it gets to the cameras so it doesn't sound like there cheering loudly but in reality they are. Sucks but that's the way it is. If ufc 129 was in a regular arena it would have been loud as hell.
