Yep, good guess. I have a Pentium D 820. But I think that the processor is definitley bottlenecking the 9800GT; I have read of people who get around 10,000 with a 8800GT/9800GT.

i just build my new computer i overclock my amd x2 5600+to 3220ghz*per core with zalman 9500 am2 cooler this amd x2 is not the black box sapphire 3850 256mb *i got it for 95 eur *oveclock gpu 750 memory 2038 with thermaltake dual orb 4 gb ddr 2 titanium OCZ 6400 my mobo is gigabyte gigabyte ga-ma78gm-s2h with 780g chipset 550w psu getting 10099 point in 3d mark 06 resolution 1280*1028 anti-none texture optimal is this a good score what do you thing

well my moms old pc got 66 on 3dmark 03 23 on 3dmark 05 and could not run 3dmark o6 lol

I used to have a 109 in 3DMark 06.... But that changed when I got a 9800GT for Christmas, WOOAHAHAHA!!! Now I have over 6000.
