  • Hi,

What is your price range for selling.

Maybe candle sticks or 554 wall telephones.

    Thanks,

    RetroVintageItems27

  • @RetroVintageItems27

The price ranges depending on what type of candlestick you want.

  • Wow, look at all those cool old phones! What a fantastic collection!

  • Wow, I did not expect a response. Almost up your way once on my way to Davenport, Iowa to Bix Beiderbeck Jazz Fest from Ohio. But there was a time commitment. Maybe when I get out that way again...Love all your candlesticks. Do you have an AA1 by chance? Just curious. I need to get out your way. Take care, Marti.

  • @grafonolafavorite Sorry we have never had a AA1.

  • Dear Phoneco, When the phone rings, which one do you answer? Fun viewing. I'm a collector. They are works of art to me. I Love my candlesticks and 202's & 300's and all the rest. I started out as an operator in 1969 and the old customers would call in and start their request with "Central." At 18 I didn't know what that was. But of course I found out and now I treasure it. Sometimes I pick up my candlestick receiver after a couple beers and say "Central" but no one ever answers.

  • @grafonolafavorite Thanks for the comments. Always good to hear from a fellow phone enthusiast.

  • where is this place

  • @sassyface1943ho Galesville, Wisconsin

  • (my computer does not have sound at the moment) is phoneco still selling telephones and telephone-related parts/items?

  • @davidpar2 Yes we are still selling telephones and related parts/items.

  • @phonecoinc cool; thanks for the response...

  • Video would have been even better if it was more in focus so you could see more detail.

  • Must be quite a hassle when there's an incoming call! :D

  • damm ,thats one big collection ,i got a few old american payphones, around 60 years old, and some 1960's~1980's western electric & bell system phones ,collected them when my father worked for the "phone company" back in the 70,s-early 90,s , the old phones work better & sound way better then todays cordless shit from china

  • my grandpa works here, Kevin Kuchar!

  • Yes, Kevin actually works in the more modern Business Systems area, but our paths cross every now and then.

  • i got a gray paystation 3 slot payphone harford conn USA I was wondering what year this phone was made.does anyone know?it isnt the old style where the receiver is seperat from the mouth peice.

  • its all black payphone

  • well i know gray sold out to automatic electric in 1948 so I think mine is aroung that year or a few back.

  • What type of phones are those from 0:31 to 0:34?

I call those 1920's type. Like in gangster movies.

  • I believe those are the steel hotel phones that were used back in the 30s and 40s.

We rent a lot of our phones out to theatres and movie productions. Thanks.

  • The reason why I ask, I want to request those for Sim2. My grandparents had one of those in their house.

  • hey, if its possible, how about re-shooting this video---but with a much slower pan? it was hard to pause the video if I saw a telephone that caught my eye. thanks

  • just got to thinking....I wonder how manypeople were KILLED by old telephones? those old ones were HEAVY!!!

  • @dtcheatham not all of them
