No. I DID read it. I read it over and over again because I was like, "WTF is with the rules?!" And I read the "must be between 20 and 30 seconds long" rule in the official rules. O_o I'm positive I read that in the rules. The kid wouldn't have added extra "rules" and then bold & underline it. I read the official rules. He just bold & underlined it. He didn't mess it up.
