The experience haunts my mind sometimes still (happened in July or August), but I see no reason to make it illegal. I live for experiences, good, bad, overwhelming, boring, whatever. I would recommend a sitter for at least an hour, though.

I felt like I was getting sucked into the couch when I did 30x. It was awesome.
And when I stood up it felt like my body wanted to spin like I was in a whirlpool or something, but I was in control.
Will do again sometime. Had no energy afterward for like an hour.
