Some will be left behind, some will be less in the kingdom of heaven, even if he allows them to go. I'm not sure about what exactly people need to do to make sure they are not left behind, but I believe that it might be the choice between following God, Jesus or man.

After extensive research I found many passages in scriptures that point to a post tribulation/pre wrath Rapture.
