She reminds me of my on and of girlfriend "that is a bit slutty" but thats not really a bad thing lol if you know what I mean haha. Myabe she just likes to have fun, nothing is wrong with alcohol or smoking pot, they just relax you and take the edge off of life, tobacco is way worse for your health than pot anyways and I dont even smoke pot but my girlfriend and most of my friends do.
