  • come on why why he can stay whith her an the end i fucking know is silly ... but i cant live just loosing 2 times the love of my life

  • This scene puts the film into the stratosphere. It was brilliant.

  • Bryans son performs in a band called RUBBER KISS GOODBYE if anyone fancies a listen.

  • Roxy Music "If there is something" hard to find cuz they didnt play the first couple of minutes in the movie.

  • Evelyn gave it up though.

  • who´s this song!!? I want to know if this is roxy music or what? love the song!

  • @TheMocofeo Song name is "If There is Something" I watched the (Very Good) movie and I would have guessed David Bowie, but apparently it is Brian Ferry with Roxy Music. And since I have the space remaining, I would just like to say Felicity Jones was terrific - so were the others but, you know.

  • who´s this song!!? I want to know if this is roxy music or what?

  • HARRRRYYYYY EDENN I LOOVEEEEEE YOUUU ! ;)

    -

  • filicity jones <3

  • it's Flashbacks of a Fool

  • magnificent film. this scene is dazzling. graceful performance, foxy.

  • I would fuc either one!

  • Girls in the 70's looked the hottest, much better than now with those silly artificially straightened hairstyles.

  • watched this film on bbc the other night, this scene was beautiful and much to my disgust, i had never heard this song before, but i just instantly loved it. good film

  • emotional .

  • How good is that!!.... excellent! Enjoyed the film too!

  • Awesome scene cant stop watching it.

Caught the film on bbc at the weekend and thought it was very moving with the highlight being this mesmeric scene with this gorgeous evocative actress.

Never heard this track before despite liking all their well known stuff. Bought the album today which was roxys first in 1972, so ahead of its time and glad I have now dicovered their groundbreaking early Eno inspired stuff.

Had to re-write my all time top ten now!

  • loved this film and the music, took me back to when i was young,

  • Wts the name of this song?

  • @namonaco if there is something, roxy music. x

  • Who is the actress in this?

  • @Triatsila It's Felicity Jones

  • @sunzoomspark1 Thanks.

  • Loved watching this film last night on BBC1, really touching and quite surprising. I'm of a vintage old enough to remember Roxy Music and Bowie, but I didn't know this song, so it was a great discovery, and, as several people have said, perfectly chosen to fit the action. Can anyone tell me this: the jacket Ruth lends Joe for this scene is modelled on a jacket Bryan Ferry wore in Roxy's early days. Is her own outfit modelled on something specific? A Bowie outfit? Any particular song/video?

  • two beautiful humans crazy about each other listening to a amazing song. Great part of the Film. So happy i found this. Watched the film last night, thought it was going to be one of BBC ones shit films but it was amazing.

  • @TomBean21 i saw the film last nite on bbc aswell, the scene with Jane was pretty powerful, the only thing i don't get is where the sea mine came from? x

  • @PeaceLemony The mine was presumably washed up by the previous night's storm. Grace says to Peggy that it will be worth going beachcombing the following day to see what if there is anything worthwhile. I grew up in Essex in the 70s and I can remember several incidents where wartime bombs/landmines were rediscovered and had to be defused, so the scenario is not that far-fetched.

  • @PeaceLemony well i think the night before one of them said there was a storm coming and it always wash's up interesting objects.

  • such a pwerful moment in a film, when a film stops you dead, makes you believe and takes a bit of you then you know your watching something special,,,,,so beautiful,,,,so real,,,

  • This song fits perfectly with the scene, brilliant track as well!

  • In my opinion, this is the greatest scene in a movie ever! Truly stunning it brings me to tears when I watch it. You have to see the whole movie to feel how special it is. It's just so moving and thought provoking. Love it!!

  • whats the name of the song

  • @EVAN071281 Rocky Music - If There is Something (watch?v=OnV-agq0Yzw&feature=related)

  • what's the name of this song

  • I really want to see this movie!

  • A great movie. Not many of them are being made any more.

  • @timmo1963 Now that those of us who came of age in the 70's are reaching (god help us) the nostalgia of middle age, which this film captures perfectly, I hope more portrayals like this are made, too. It's so good I had to own it, like all the Bowie & Roxy Music I danced to when I was young.

  • @LindazEyes You can still dance to it with your wife...just like this scene :))

  • teleio video teleio tragoudi.... pareaki mou sas agapaw...

  • Just love it the best movie since american beauty!

  • Don't watch the trailer! Watch the movie. As someone said, the trailer reveals things out of order and big reveals that are imperative to the storyline. This is a great video post because it's just a flicker of the movie, but shows the amazing dance scene that I think is one of the TOP 5 most captivating movie scenes ever.

  • just great!

  • Best Flirt In A Movie Ever!

So Awsome How They Create The Image Of A Swinging Ponytale.

    Loving It!!!!

  • like like like like like... million times LIKE...

  • GOD I LOVE THIS SCENE

  • The very greatest moment of the film. Without a doubt

  • Passionately innocent yet irresistably sensuous!

  • damn she's cute

  • This scene is so sexy. I like how he checks out her ass @ 0:53!

  • andy Mackay, yes?

  • I think what was great about this scene was not only the Roxy Music track, but was the fact the beautiful Felicity Jones who plays Ruth, who was around 24 at the time of this movie was made, was able to carry off portraying a younger girl

  • godlike genius!!

  • Beautiful scene, the best.

  • magical
