Hi Kris, and thanks a lot. Got this guitar (a real crappy Johnson resonator) sometime before xmas and I'm still learning. Here I played it for the 1st time in open D, though it would have worked out in standard tuning, too. Though it's crappy I really like playing it. Guess I'll post a song with only slide sooner or later ...

Sie ist echt scheiße, denn wenn man härter zupft oder schlägt, springen die Saiten sofort aus der Führung des Stegs, was ein ätzendes "Plingggg" erzeugt... Aber an sich ist der Resonatorsound gut und sie sieht auch nett aus :P Ich bentutze diese smileys eher auf Verdacht, ohne genau zu wissen, was sie bedeuten. Gibt's da eingentlich ne Anleitung?

Smiley Beschreibung findest du via Google, am besten bei Wikipedia. Die StahlsaitenGitte, die ich beim jetzigen Video ausgeliehen hab, ist auch nicht der Hit. Die Bass-Saiten haben keine Power, und wenn du ein wenig zu fest anschlaegst, klingt sie schon verstimmt.. Naja... what shälls.. :D

Ya, You Tube does that but it wasn't noticable at all. Sounded incredible the way I heard it hear. I'll make sure I check it out if you uploade it on MySpace too. Sound quality is a little better over there.
