You're a stellar hooper!! How long did it take you to learn the steady hooping at an angle (at very beginning of video?) I've not gotten this yet. Plus, my hoop's really too heavy, I think. I need a thinner hoop that's more choice for dancing! Great job!!

i'm at almost a year here :) try a smaller hoop, and really spend some time with your angles-- get in the groove and stay there. both directions. keep hooping!
