Her lips seem to change size & shape with almost every film! They've looked awful for a few years now, but I'm sure they're not permanent. When she first started having collagen in them in about 1993 (L'Enfer), she only had a little & it actually made her more beautiful. In the late '90's they were too big. Then they seemed to look great in 2001's 8 Women & 2003's Nathalie; not too big. Since then her mouth looks wider & she has too much filler in the corners of her top lip. Leave it Emmanuelle

Wow,what a rare moment!Great vid!I agree with most of you about her lips,though. Why make it bigger? She WAS beautiful,why have cosmetic surgery? And with lip jobs, it applies to anyone - I've never seen one that didn't make the woman's face look agressive or unreal. With Emmanuelle it was the same;wathing 8 Women I couldn't help looking at her lips "What about those lips? They are sooo unnatural". Still an amazing actress & it's none of my business,but I think she'd be more beautiful wout it.

Yes, I agree! She was simply stunning until about 1995 when she started messing around with her lips. What a pity! Why try and improve on perfection!? They didn't seem so bad in 8 Women and Nathalie where she was still beautiful. Since then though they seem to be getting even bigger! I wish someone close to her would tell her to leave them alone and let them go back to normal.
