I work at subway too.

and just to add my two cents worth, the lettuce (and other veges) are vacuum packed to make them last longer, the only fresh veges are the onions capsicums and cucumbers, the unused bread from the previous day is reused the next morning (and is stale) and the "less than six grams of fat" thing only works if you have no cheese or sauce. plus the bread is packed with preservatives...
