i make a pineapple upside down cake every year for my boyfriends birthday, it's his fave! I use a recipe that my grandmother passed down to me. I melt a stick of butter in a pan, and mix the cake while it's melting. I use a yellow cake mix and add the pinapple juice instead of water. Then I put pinapple slices on the melted butter in the pan, brown sugar, and cherries. Pour the cake batter in the pan and bake until done. Serve with whipped cream and yummy!!

yup! always accurate! ;-) gotta give her some slack though- she's not feeling well! I still roared with laughter! I kept thinking OK Nancy are you going to open another can???? But nope, the problem was easily solved with "just eating 2 of them!" I just LOVE NANCY! there is only one of her, and I learn sooooo much from her! YOU ARE SO SWEET NANCY!
