@Astralmediaz about that, I never saw this exact app anywhere else, and also, this is an ipod touch, it does not have a digital compass, it would need that compass to make it look as if the cat was turning when he turned the device..

just saying, it could be done software wise, but the hardware in the ipod touch dosent support it.

It's not a hologram. It doesn't pop up over the screen.

It is, however, a clever app that makes an image, if you're looking at it at an angle of 35-45 degrees, APPEAR to pop out of the screen. Which is, in my opinion, really really cool.

Any rendered 3D image is still just 2D but gives you the perspective of being a 3D video.

No duh, technology doesn't near close exist yet , and this video was posted 2 years back on a simple ipod touch. The 3D rendering was pretty obvious the way it hit the walls and he had to adjust the angle.
