  • Gotta love Mongo

  • 8:08 "Someone let Syxx know there's a top on this thing" Miss matches like this and wish we could have old school ECW and WCW back.

  • the cage is tiny

  • You know the ceiling on the cage was too low if Benoit could reach it with his hand without reaching far for it. Who designed and built that cage?

  • I`am a german nWo fan and I`am searching for nWo videos with german comment can somebody help me there

  • 20,000Lbs of steel? Bobby the brain is it?

  • wcw had great matches they messed

    up with dumb endings

  • Syxx was being thrown all over the place in this match, especially by Benoit.

  • WCW always was more creative than WWF/E...and they had more real characters, not some dumbass gimmicks. That's what made them better. They may have imploded but before that, they were what wrestling should have been. They had great wrestling. Every stage was good, from TV Title to World Title, a Tag Division and a Cruiserweight Division.

And this particular storyline was amazing.

  • @NdotDiggity and then russo came and fucked it all up the end

  • I'll be damned if you could get me to work in a "double ring" with a gap in the middle like here. One accident with that shit and the doc might be amputating your leg.

  • WWE is boring exept Elimination Chamber and Royal Rumble, the WCW has much more good stuff like this here or the tree ring royal rumble

  • Oh my what a classic!! Why did wcw have to go off dah air? I wish dey can bring sum of wcw events to wwe and smackdown.

  • 5:39 - "Nevermind that shit, here comes Mongo."

  • WCW>WWE

  • small azz cage

  • Buff Bagwell was a bad ass performer...i forgot how much that guy tripped me out when I was younger..too bad WWF misused him

  • I don't care nobody saids, Benoit made this match.

  • @45Yankeeclipper Benoit was one of the best at what he did (fitting his nick name would be "The Wolverine" eh?). How his life ended was a tragic, but classic, result of what happens when an industry care more about making money then it does about the people who work for them.

  • @McMahonHater Great point, bro. But thank god for youtube and Video tapes i can still see Benoit in his prime.

  • Damn, Benoit is making Bagwell his bitch! :D

  • 8:04...DAMN!

  • damn i wonder how long this battle took to choreograph?

  • @DieHarderAgain at least 90% of it was probably called on the fly.

  • @Gamebox27 hahaha..i seriously dobut that

  • @DieHarderAgain well it's your opinion, most of the wrestlers back in the day write their spots spontaneously and they were damn creative in them hence the unpredictable matches they had, unlike today :)

  • RIP Benoit!

  • How can you win a match with no pinfalls? Surrenders? What does that mean? Man, WCW was confusing as hell......

  • @GurahkXWeavile it measn when someone gives up by submission. it really isnt that confusing.

  • @GurahkXWeavile

Submission is how to get the win.

  • 5:38

NEVERMIND THAT SHIT! HERE COMES MONGO!

  • damn look at Benoit own! happier times...

  • about dam time someone posted this shit. thnx man.

  • You notice that the heel ALWAYS won the coin toss.

  • @carchavtube oh my gosh are you telling me wrestling is scripted. You just rocked my world

  • @poethepoetspoet

Don't blame me, take it up with Wikipedia! Ha ha...!

  • @carchavtube Makes better booking sense in this type of match to give the heels the advantage.

  • matches like this must of been really fun to be a part of haha

  • Benoit Owned the NWO in this 1.

  • @Fuckmyfatassoneeye i would have liked that

  • its weird seeing him alive

  • damn the crowd should of started chanting holy shit when six got tossed up into the cage wow

  • Weird seeing Chris Benoit with longer hair

  • Having a camera man in the cage doesn't do much to suspend the disbelief.

  • @McMahonHater what do u mean by that? imo they needed him in there so the PPV audience doesnt have to watch through the cage

  • Because you wouldn't put a camera man in the cage. You don't strap a camera man to the side of a race car, or put him in the ring for a boxing match. Maybe that is why Vince McMahon used those cages in the 80's, because it made the Camera work better. I don't like him, but he is a pretty smart guy... sometimes.

  • @McMahonHater ehhh fair point but i guess considering this is the cage they use you have to bend the rules otherwise youll have people who are pissed they spent 30 bucks to see a fight behind a mesh cage

  • @McMahonHater At least we can see what's going on inside the cage and it's brings a raw feel to it as people at home watching this.

  • @45Yankeeclipper It's doesn't do anything but remind people about how fixed pro wrestling is. Sure it looks nice, but it doesn't look realistic. Pro Wrestling is basicly an action adventure filmed live would you want see the camera man filming the Jackie Chan fight in a movie...it's pretty much the same idea

  • @McMahonHater so...What's your Point???

  • @45Yankeeclipper Look if you don't see my point by now you never will. I'm not going to wait my time anymore.

  • HOW WAS THAT!!!!!
