  • top 3 total war games i would want

    1. Rome 2 Total war

    2. Victoria Total war

    3. Medieval 3 Total war

  • @snowboarderdude96 Victoria total war?! WTF?!

  • @VingTsunFANATIC Now that i'd like to see a Victorain Total War where you get ships like HMS Warrior.

  • @FinalFreek you think about big part of XIX century??

  • I don't get how these boats could take such a pounding

  • I need to know , what's the difference between the renaissance and the victorian era?

  • @bladiumdragon The Victorian Era was from 1837 to 1901, Renaissance was from 14th to 17th century.

  • EAT SHIT FRENCHS

  • the best Total War video ever maked :D

  • @jelmerjelmerjelmer8 AHah why? :D If so, share it with everyone

  • ship will explode some gunpowder barrel if i think :D

  • The total war games can be better or worse depending on your historical interest. Since I love 18th and 19th century history, Empire & Napoleon were orgasmic.

  • @ToaJoe

Same, I also love ancient history so Rome was also up there for me. I Also am very interested in the crusades so the Medieval crusade add-on was also up there. I have Shogun 2, and although the game play and graphics are fantastic, I find myself not playing it as much as fuedel Japan is not a huge interest of mine.

  • @MrDeano324 Same here. I think Empire total war 2 would be brilliant, for the 1800s rather than the 1700s. Or maybe English civil war total war, or even WW1.

  • @ToaJoe

They would be great, although I am hoping for a Victoria: Total War. The victorian era was a time of global war, with Great Britain stretching across Africa and India and fighting the crimean war, meanwhile, North America was in chaos as a result of all out civil war. Also the french revolution of 1848 and Frances continued hatred of Great Britains growing Empire frayed relations once again. The Victorian era would be the perfect setting for a Total War game.

  • @MrDeano324 That's a great idea.

  • @MrDeano324 We've already got two total war games set during the era of empire and colonisation. Total War: Rome 2 would be badass.

  • @MrDeano324 I want a Total War Dynast set in China. That would be mint

  • the double shot was 2 cannonballs into each cannon and not accurate over long range.

Get close to an enemy and a broadside would be devasting though straight through an enemy ships side.

The trick here is to survive long enough to get within range,. all this time you are getting shot to peices and taking casualties without being able to reply.

The discipline on board the british ships must have been tremendous.

  • This is normal Empire Total War or Napolen or special units?

  • @orson150 The first thing I say in the video, is that I am playing Napoleon Total War :D

  • Wait, you lined up in front of the French double-line and didn't ram them in instead...

  • @noksukao

The real historic battle had Spanish ships in it as well, this isn't the real trafalgar battle, the historic setup version of the Battle in this game had Spanish Ships as well as French ships. The guy's just playing a random battle and dubbed it trafalgar.

  • 10:12 why the ship is firing up? is the antiaircraft battery or what?

  • @freedomphamtom No, it is chain-shots, they are designed to take out sails, so they are aimed up to try and take out masts and sail. :-P

No "Flying Dutchman" in this game. :-P

  • @Tylzen cool xD

  • @Tylzen I understand about chain shot, but you should of either fired Grapeshot and canaster shot and borded the ship, or fire round shot into her hull to sink her (you could fire dobble shot, but I don't know if this game has dobble shot). I like to cripple the sails, fire grapeshot and board and capture the ship.

  • @thetrainman1000 What exactly does double shot do? I can imagine that it's firing two cannonballs out of a barrel at once, but does that affect velocity/accuracy/recoil detrimentally?

  • @jodimest Double shot is when they load two cannonballs at the same time. The range of the guns are reduced to basicly grapeshot distance, but the encreased mass of both the cannonballs makes it way more destructive. I don't know about the recoil, but its probbably increased due to Newton's Second Law. I responed to this video before I got Napoleon: Total War, and the game dosen't have double shot in it.

  • @Thordal20 The recording could have been better.

  • I was so horribly disappointed with the sea battles in Empire, though they were improved ever so slightly (barely) in napoleon. They're incredibly slow (though that's to be expected i suppose), and they're incredibly difficult to manage most of the time because none of the ships can think for themselves, or engage a specific target via click as in land battles, but just end up sort of awkwardly orbiting their opponents ineffectually.

    That said: IRONCLADS FTW!!!

  • whta is nelsons ship there is it the hms victory

  • @scorchdestroya Yes I know.

  • hey tylzen i didnt even know this was you til i herd your voice, whats new?

I dont play on any games, but i like watching them n this looks awesome Brits kicking french ass haha

  • Little does Tylzen know...

Pooka has a fleet of Japanese war vessels off the coast of Bermuda!

After a brief holiday, they will attack and be victorious!

  • Dont be so fuckin stupid.

  • Tylzen, you're truely a strategic genius :)

  • Sadly a week later the Spanish armada attacked the British. And Nelson died in battle, but they won the battle and destroyed the spanish fleet aswell.

  • Oh the noes! I really hope that the revenge was greater then the loss. Even though I understand that the Great Admiral Nelson will be missed.. *Sniff*

Now, how do you enjoy Napoleon Total War? I've been pondering back and forth about buying it, but yeah.. Decisions decisions.. I don't know! So I was wondering if you could give me a little 'preview' of it? I bet many more then, I, would like that. :)

    PS: I meant as a reply ^^

  • It was, the British now rule the waves!

I can highly recommend the game, I am not going to make a full out review of it, but I am going to put in small battles.

My next one, later tonight is going to be the Battle for Paris.

So subscribe and look forward to it. :)

  • @Tylzen Already Subscribed Tylzen, I haven't been replying but really. I've watched everything. Even though that jprdoctor and VenomFangX wasn't any of my business, but GEERUP is just awesome xD

    Atheism!

  • Thanks for the sub atleast. :)

The siege of Paris is up in I guess 6 hrs.

It is uploading at the moment, it is 30 minutes long and 1.54 GB.

  • how much do you actaully controll in this game? it's like it's autoplay >.>

  • It is recorded from a replay. So the actual battle was fought before I recorded, and then I saved.

  • Yaaay :D

  • You should wait for the quality getting better, it is still rendering on youtube.

  • @Tylzen Yes i know, i'm going to watch it now as i saw u replied on my comment hehe

  • The siege of Paris is coming up within the next 6 hrs.

  • @Tylzen ooooh really? i can't wait! :D
