How Airtel released this to public?. Airtel might have recorded for their internal training purposes. Releasing such internal conversations in public, other than for their internal training purposes is illegal and is against the privacy of their customer.

if this is true, i feel sorry for the customer. people from villages are so naive and don't understand technology and understand very few english words. it is sad that the customer representative and his collegues are laughing at him but not trying to help him and make him understand what an incoming call is.. very sad :(
