AusPoliticalTruths-thank you for making this video. I'm asking this as someone who's well-disposed towards you, but could you tell me where there's anything about a right to passage in the Bill of Rights? I've looked and maybe I've overlooked it somehow or read somthing and didn't understand its significance, but where is it? Keep up the good work.
its true, common law over rides statute laws. we have the freedom to travel without being hindered or taxed. only we,re so wrapped up in following their orders thru fear, we,re kept in ignorance
This is great news but if I have to go to court everytime I use a toll road it's probably cheaper to pay the toll!!! I always thought that toll roads were built on private property and that the original route was left in place so that you have a choice to take the toll road or not.I'm not sure because I don't live near toll roads but a recent trip to see a mate in sydney's west almost sent me broke! I'm glad I don't live there,If I did I would avoid tolls where possible. Thanks good video.
What shits me is they were able to build infrastructure in the 80s before any speed camera revenue but now all the major works are privately funded, where is this money going?
"we have to refer to the ONLY lawful interpretation of the intent of the authors of our federal constitution"> Um, maybe "we" have to refer to the only lawful interpretaion but, judges don't.They have this little thing called Statutory Interpreation. Let me guess, you call it judicial activism but, hang on, what's this? "It does NOT mention tolling roads - therefore, it's not allowable." I do believe that is your interpretation.
@beerytom I guess the best answer to that question is to study history. How was the Snowy Mountain Scheme built? The East-West Railway? This very concept was not only implemented in Australia - this is how the US prospered before 1913. Absolutely every bit of infrastructure was constructed with the backing of a State bank - not a private one.
@AusPoliticalTruths Ah okay so what you are saying is rather than inflate the money supply by private debt, let the government create money to pay for the infrastructure. Yeah I understand what you are saying. So what you are saying is if I go through a toll and they send me letters saying you must pay etc... I can quote all the referencese in the video and will not have to pay? Or will they take me to court? Cheers very interesting topic!
@beerytom I'll create a second part to this video when I have time with actual letters (legal notices) that resulted in not having to pay for the toll road. It takes a certain type of person to see through the intimidation and be persistent. Absolutely everything will be documented.
Section 92 of our federal Constitution refers specifically to travel (intercorse) BETWEEN states, not within states. The passage in the "Annotated Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia" that you have used also specifies this intercorse being BETWEEN not within states.
You also refer to section 117 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900. It also states that this is discrimination between states, not between individual regions within a state.
@ImperatorMajorDomus WHat you're referring to is goods, wares, and merchandise - the following words that are separated from the aforementioned when the comma and "and" is used - this is an introduction of a new topic. That of the "right to travel unburdened by State regulations...". Context is what gives words and sentences meaning...
Also, you may want to read section 117 again. It specifically stipulates "a subject of the Queen" - meaning us, the people to not be discriminated against.
@AusPoliticalTruths Let's go back to the basics. Would you prefer to have well maintained roads, and have to pay a small amount to keep them that way, or would you rather have poorly maintained roads, which are damaging to your vehicle (which you need to have repaired for a high price), but NOT have to pay a small amount?
@ImperatorMajorDomus I agree with what you're saying here, but why does it mean that if it's government owned, that the quality will be average? When our utilities were still owned by the government, our services and costs were much better. When the railway was government operated, it was punctual and cost effective. WHY do we HAVE to pay for something that lawfully we do not have to pay for? Furthermore, CityLink has already been paid for! Even if it's not the case, fuel tax pays for the roads!
If it were not what it meant, our organisation would not have been let off of paying for toll roads. The law is the law, and correct interpretation (Quick & Garran) is everything.
most of Sydney's toll roads are owned by the zionist controlled Macquarie bank (the Goldman Sachs of Australia) - former NSW Labor Premier Bob Carr started the corrupt ball rolling with the first toll roads, robbing the people blind
when Bob Carr the traitor quit politics, he immediately got a plum job with who else - the parasitic Macquarie bank
we have been sold out by our sellout zionist puppet politicians, for the benefit of the zio elites
@brianconcannon44 That's right. I can guarantee you that the Australian Sovereignty Party will diminish monopolies and the power of the Zionists... Join! Be a free member, and we can take tangible action to rid of the Zionist control in Australia!
All land in Australia come under the jurisdiction of the federal government, the only land the state governments have control over is wasteland. Tolls breach sect 92 of the Constitution. Toll on roads is the states collecting illegal taxes as the federal government are the only ones who can lawfully collect tax. and the only taxes are excise and duty as per the Constitution. We definitely have criminal running our country.
We already paid for the roads with several different taxes, we also pay to maintain them. Thats just one reason of thousands, that every F'n politician belongs in prison for life, and some deserve a firing squad for treason. When we take back the country, lets make this a priority.
If someone chooses to build a road on their own property and charge tolls that is quite lawful, HOWEVER the toll roads such as Citylink and Eastlink operate pursuant to statutes such as the Melbourne Citylink Act 1995 and the Eastlink Project Act 2004. They are not private roads, as the "owners" have to abide by these acts.
A truly private road operator would have no legislation binding/protecting them and they would have to collect the tolls themselves, not have the Tenix Corp run..
Government is allowing private corporations to steal from the people without any resistance the police should arrest them for obstruction if you are stopped and money is demanded that is highway robbery an offence that was punishable in the UK by hanging call the police and report them quote the laws and shut them down block the tolls and demand your right to travel.
If you have any bar card lawyers in you ASP group you have been infiltrated and will be sold out, get rid of them quickly. They are the reason your in the mess your in, they wrote the laws your up against,

I can definately see what you are saying in this video, but if there is not Private Investment would any of these roads get built in the first place?

...Civic Compliance Victoria issuing unlawful "fines".
The private operators (not owners) of Citylink and Eastlink are in contract with the State of Victoria.
The Tollways are public roads and no one is obliged to pay road tolls unless they consent to contract to do so.
