I personally think what's so talented and great about Leehom is that he produces his own music and songs, and the ability to play not only the violin adds on to the greatness that alot of us see in him. If you think he's a bad violin player, then perhaps you shouldn't be commenting because he has millions of supporters and that's is not a constructive critic at all. I cannot and will not tolerate the way he played Kreisler's Praeludium and Allegro. He totally destroyed it. No passion, very very bad intonations, bad vibrato, terrible bow movement, etc. There are a lot of 15 yr old can play much better than him. I played in multiply amateur-pro orchestra including Civic Symphony in Boston, of which I auditioned to the associate Concert Master of BSO and was praised, and I can see the majority of the violinists are WAY better than him.
