I am 190 pound and stand five feet ten. I can squat 550 pound; calif lifts 1440, a world record. Fyi, former KC Chiefs linebacker, a friend, could do 550 lb. I do not beat up Chinese people who have been beat too much by foreigners. But I did whip up a 275 pound cop once and broke hs neckbone. 4 years of lawsuit and lots of compensation to settle. Well, I think she can do it easily! I know many taichi masters want to teach a lesson to man like you, muscular, decent, bad-tempered. Taichi masters do not fight with muscles; they utilize qi and can turn the strength you exert into a counter force against you with increasing force. When you get bounced back, you can break your own neck or your butts bone! I am not exaggerating. But people on that maturity usually are very peaceful and polite. Yes, I have seen some in China.
