@xMichelle11 dude, you have to go to the ipod itself and scroll down to wear it shows the data usage bar, and there should be check boxes, you have to make sure the "Manage songs manually" box is checked, it says something like that, and then if you want to highlite and delete multiple songs instead of one at a time hold control and click the ones you want to be deleted, (don't let go untill all the songs are selected) This kids like 5 and decided to not mention any of that -.-
