what up with the legs shooting up at the last 5, that builds momentum (cheating) and it would be nice if the camera is right side up......im just saying.
i thought there was triceps because your using your whole arms to lift u so all mucels and differnt types of pull ups do differnt mucles but thanks for correcting me on the pecs nd tricep
I weigh 160 and can do usually 15-18 overhand with strict form...I have no idea if I could do 20 underhanded. I guess I'd have to try that one to see if I could get a shirt.... :)
when i was in 10th grade i got like 30 something doing them the way u did but coulda got more but gym teacher just told me to get down cause i was going to long
doing two sets of ten (30 second brake) and look tiny compared to this guys...

@321headshotable In the marines they don't let you use momentum to the point where your knees pass your waistline. So technically these are fine.

pull ups are all upperbody shoulders delts lats biceps triceps pecks

@15still there's no triceps and pecs involved. also delts and shoulder is the same but pull ups affect mainly the rear delts.

pul ups are not only a lat exercise you FOOL, you can use them to train many different muscles!!!!

i got 30 and i did wide grip like they are supposed to be done... pull ups are a lat exercise not a bicep
