From another site I read a comment to the effect that the release of the album is being held up by a lawsuit. No source was indicated and it may be a complete rumor, but I thought I would pass it along for what it's worth. This band has been involved in an incredible number of lawsuits (while others with a fraction of their talent make a fortune), so it would not surprise me at all. Chins up.
