Linares was done, although he fought like a champ he was done. The ref did the right thing by stopping the fight. Demarco pulled off a comeback of a lifetime. Great fight by both warriors a rematch would definitely be worth watching and paying for. If you think the ref stopped the fight too early you're an idiot this isn't ufc we don't try to kill the opponent and when its clear the fight is over it's over.

Jorge "Hands of Pillows" Linares... instead of throwing 8 arm punch combinations just to be fast, he should seriously learn to sit on some of those punches and throw with some power. All his punches he throws besides his jab seem to be all fluff and flash. Rios would mop up the floor with this kid, cause there's no way he's got the power to even test Brandon's chin. I don't get the hype behind this kid.

Both guys showed that they are champions and gave huge efforts but I have to say that the cut on Linares nose was a huge factor in the end but this is one fight that I would pay to see a rematch.

Con Roach entrenándolo, le espera un enorme éxito. Pero tiene que pelear de nuevo con DeMarco, esta pelea fue grandiosa.

correct, linares was giving an excellent fight but after he got hammered by demarco's punches he was DONE. By the time of the stoppage he just wasnt going anywhere, it was over so, ut Was a good stoppage what would be the point of lettin him continue they've got to protect linares's career and of course his life.

DeMarco aún no es un referente en el boxeo o en su categoría pero ahí vá poco a poco, humildemente y eso es lo que importa. Para nosotros mil veces un DeMarco con todas sus limitantes que un Valero con todo lo bueno que pudo llegar a ser. Acuérdese que un verdadero campeón no solo debe serlo en el ring, sino mas importante es que lo sea en todos los sentidos.
