The difference is, if a fighter is taking a banned substance which other fighters aren't taking, then it isn't an even playing field. Also, we're not talking about regular Joes we're talking about professional athletes. Why don't you do a litte research. Look at the many athletes who used PEDs preparing for the Olympics for example and see how they dominated the competition.
For the love of god, please fix the audio levels when you make the effort to do a video interview! Right now it's unwatchable because the interviers voice is like 10 times higher than Paulson's, and you constantly have to put the volume up and down again. Very annoying. I'm kind of curious how people can say that EVERY SINGLE UFC fighter is saying these things about Brock behind his back (not that it matters)...do you know every single fighter? Did they actually say these things to you? Or is it based from Hearsay?

@kevinwitjes The real reason Brock can never be looked at as the greatest heavyweight is because his victories can never be impressive. What I mean by that is he's always much bigger & stronger than all of his opponents so it doesn't impress. One reason Royce Gracie was chosen to represent Gracie BJJ is because he was the smaller of his family and it would be more impressive and make a bigger statement for BJJ if a smaller guy can dominate his opponents.

Also, Strikeforce's Heavyweight division is better than the UFC's. Did you see how Cain Velasquez dominated Brock Lesnar? He made him curl up and verbally submit. Overeem also stated that he wasn't interested in the UFC because he wants to fight in K-1 and Dream and other organizations. Overeem stated that he wants to fight several times a year but the UFC won't allow that.

If Carwin would have picked his shots like Cain did, he would have beat Brock easily. Instead, Carwin gassed himself with his ground and pound. Carwin beat himself in that fight. Cain humiliated Brock. JDS will humiliate Brock next. Than Brock will go back to his scripted fighting and become champ again. :)

I mean, I am a fan of boxing, especially watching older boxing matches. And I have seen guys get rocked, knocked down, take a standing 8 count, then come back and win the match. So why can't a guy take some shots, without the ref stepping in?? Thanks.

Fedor on the other hand probably weight around 185 pounds but walks around with a gut and knocks out or taps out the biggest heavyweight. That is impressive. Carwin is no pushover but he is a fighter who can't swim when he's taken to deep waters. Carwin is a threat to anyone because of his power but only in the 1st and maybe 2nd round.

@mma850 Overeem is complicated. What's is true about Overeem is he is a completely different fighter from Overeem in the past. It's not just his added muscle but technically he is on another level. I know a lot of fans think Overeem is hype now because of his size but if you look at his K-1 performances and how he destroyed Rodgers anyone can see he is a threat. No HW wants to stand with this guy because he is powerful and technical. Taking him down wouldn't be easy either. He's a top 3 HW IMHO.

The difference is, if a fighter is taking a banned substance which other fighters aren't taking, then it isn't an even playing field. Also, we're not talking about regular Joes we're talking about professional athletes. Why don't you do a litte research. What I mean by that is he's always much bigger & stronger than all of his opponents so it doesn't impress. One reason Royce Gracie was chosen to represent Gracie BJJ is because he was the smaller of his family and it would be more impressive and make a bigger statement for BJJ if a smaller guy can dominate his opponents.

Watching Brock at heavyweight is like watching Chael Sonnen fight lightweights. Doesn't look impressive. That's a big reason why Couture gets so much praise about his wrestling because he's so much smaller than all the heavyweights and a lot of times can still manhandle his opponent. Even when he was in Strikeforce Fedor's management was willing to fight Brock Lesnar for a 1 fight deal but Dana wasn't willing to co-promote. Also, Strikeforce's Heavyweight division is better than the UFC's. Did you see how Cain Velasquez dominated Brock Lesnar? He made him curl up and verbally submit. @sh4dowz247 Actually Fedor didn't want to fight in the UFC because he wouldn't be able to fight for any other organization but the UFC and he quoted that if he lost they could terminate his contract at anytime but if he kept winning they could keep making him fight until he lost. Overeem also stated that he wasn't interested in the UFC because he wants to fight in K-1 and Dream and other organizations. Overeem stated that he wants to fight several times a year but the UFC won't allow that.

Fedor on the other hand probably weight around 185 pounds but walks around with a gut and knocks out or taps out the biggest heavyweight. That is impressive. You probably think Batista is legit too & has never taken steroids either just because he's never been caught but any idiot can see Batista juices. But Brock barely beat Carwin and Carwin made Brock go into fetal position. Shane, the division 2 wrestler, also stuffed Brock's takedown. What happens next time Shane fights Brock if Shane picks his shots and doesn't expend all his energy. Might be a different story.

Carwin is no pushover but he is a fighter who can't swim when he's taken to deep waters. Carwin is a threat to anyone because of his power but only in the 1st and maybe 2nd round.

@mma850 Overeem is complicated. What's is true about Overeem is he is a completely different fighter from Overeem in the past. It's not just his added muscle but technically he is on another level. I know a lot of fans think Overeem is hype now because of his size but if you look at his K-1 performances and how he destroyed Rodgers anyone can see he is a threat. No HW wants to stand with this guy because he is powerful and technical. Taking him down wouldn't be easy either. He's a top 3 HW IMHO.

I hated on Brock as long as I could for a number of reasons, but he beat down pride legend Heath Herring, finished former UFC champion Frank Mir, and beat up MMA god Randy Couture. Then he submited KO machine Shane Carwin after almost going down. I think its time to give him respect. If he beats Cain that will put him up there with the HW greats of MMA in my opinon. One thing though....lose that stupid cock tat, shit you have the money to get it removed lol

Imagine if he were 205 pounds, he wouldn't even be a top 10 fighter in that weight class because he has no adequate skills beyond wrestling. Because he is so much bigger than opponents all he has to do is get on top of them and it's over. That's not skill. Tim Sylvia, who is pathetic, was the champ for a long time purely because of his size. Brock is similar but with a little more skill.
