I am doing some research on poverty for college assignment, I have discovered that people generally do nothing to help the crisis over in East Africa where there is great drought due to the FACT people pass off the responsibility too someone else.

Eventually killed himself months after realizing that he didn't help the child after taking the photo. He just left him there, and probably got eaten by the vulture. He could have helped the child =(
