Ah, still needs some work. Most of the notes sound too harsh and abrupt. They should work on making the airflow smoother to give it a more human quality.  Still, this is very amazing!

Don't get me wrong...I mean, Kudos to Toyota...but I don't like it. It's almost...inhuman because it's flawless playing...and I think it takes the joy out of playing an instrument, or listening to one, for that matter.

idk, Raphael Mendez was very inhuman in his flawless playing yet was marveled for it. I do know what you mean that you don't like it though. The robot didn't earn that skill, it has no skill. But, the music it plays and it's exact performance is actually the programmers. So I believe it should still be appreciated, not as a robot that plays but as the performance of the person who actually put that performance in the robot because it is his.

I think it's cool, but it dosen't have the same affect as a real trumpet player.

Well it's pretty much a computer so I guess its done the same way. The japanese are pretty clever with their inventions/improvements.
