@GunAngry1 nah the sound was caused because i was using a usb 1.0 input. But i fixed it. I suggest using the stock program that comes with it. It compresses good. Dont use avi when editing because it takes up so much computer space.

@jaidon13 no there are completely different ones on ebay. But if you get one make sure it is a DC60+ because that can record pal 60 and ntsc 433 and i repeat. DC60+

No, i can do that, but i want to do that thing that you can do with a wireless bluethooth headset, you know talk with peaoples while their playing but then when i am recordning ,you just hear the game voice, not the chat voice

Change your sound to 48.000 kHz and you'll be all set for good audio quality

well i figured out that the usb i was using to record was giving it that noise. So i switched usbs and got it to work.

yea the audio was weird lol, yea did you edit it on vegas? like add sharpen to it? if not then yea make some settings cause i want it to look good before i edit my clips...

i edit on sony vegas yes. I added sharpen to it but its not very hard. I could make a video of all different colour corrections and make text files for you to download that you just copy in the right areas :)

oh no its ok i know almost everything about sony vegs, but i figured out i just need to use a s-video cable to get the best quality..

Mainly your inital compression settings, and what software/resolution you use.

@bikesaresick, When you first record your footage your program (pinnacle, etc.) will have options for how it can record. The compression tends to be the filetype it saves to (h.264,m-peg-2,etc.)

Resolution is what size you record your videos at, (typical is 720 x 480).
