Didn't realise how much of this promo was based on Vivian Kubrick's (Stanely Kubrick's then 17 y/o daughter) "Making of The Shining" Doc. Especially where the guy takes a small bow to Kubrick as he passes- he is even wearing the same sweater. It isn't a negative thing at all however, the inspiration from the doc. makes this promo all the more brilliantly evocative.

I know what you mean. This promo really captures the eerie atmosphere of the film. When he places the trike on the carpet and the creepy music chimes in, it does make your skin crawl.

Amazing advert. Really gave me shudders cus it brought all the memories of the shining back. Can't say much for the actual season though...
